It's not a vacation if it's a hassle. Go the pampered route with luxury accommodations, food and activities.

The really magical thing about Walt Disney World is that it can be enjoyed in luxury. The only requirements are money and coordination to avoid long lines, forget fast food and bask in comfort.

Luxury Options in Disney World

To really relax, find a trip planner that specializes in top line arrangements, such as Theme Park Luxury Vacations. They will plan your trip from transportation to tickets. Tell them where you want to go, or give brief guidelines and let them decide. Whether you are planning it yourself, or requesting arrangements through a tour provider, consider including these options in luxurious Walt Disney World vacation packages.

  1. Plan accommodations at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa situated on the white sandy shores of the Seven Seas Lagoon. Its Victorian style structure houses world-class spa and dining options. An aromatherapy massage might be just what you need before going to dinner at Victoria & Albert's restaurant in the hotel, where you'll enjoy a six course, two-and-a-half hour meal. Reserve a suite on the Royal Palm Level where Concierge service and first-rate amenities are included.
  2. Alternatively, have dinner on the Grand 1 Yacht. Your personal captain and deckhand will launch the 52-foot Sea Ray on the waters of Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake from the Grand Floridian's marina. Book morning, afternoon or evening excursions to enjoy views of Walt Disney World Resort. Private-dining staff can offer an evening snack or gourmet five-course meal with wine. You can also arrange for a private butler for ultimate service and retain a photographer. This cruise handles up to 18 guests.
  3. It's tempting to hang out at the hotel, but you'll want to catch some sights. If you don't use a planner for the entire trip, you can still avoid the hassle by arranging for a Disney VIP tour . Call at least 72 hours in advance. They will plan your itinerary, get the best show seat tickets and arrange for you to see the parades and nighttime functions. Michael's VIPs also gets excellent recommendations.
  4. Get in deep with 6,000 sea creatures at Epcot's DiveQuest. The three hour experience allows SCUBA certified guests to spend 40 minutes underwater in the huge Caribbean Coral Reef Aquarium.
  5. No SCUBA certification? Reserve the Surf Pool at Epcot and request surfing lessons. Or schedule a private party with costumed characters in attendance--kids of all ages will love that.
  6. Later in the day, the Downtown Disney area still pulses with live shows, restaurants, and shopping. However, the nightclubs at Pleasure Island have been closed.
  7. If you're looking for other nightlife, arrange for a limousine from Ace Luxury Transportation to deliver your party to various Orlando night spots.
